David Rogers, Lead Pastor… Roles include Preaching, Teaching, Discipleship, and Admin

David serves as Lead Pastor of Providence Church. He has been an Elder of Providence since 2025. He and his wife, Andrea, have three young girls. Prior to taking on this role, he and his wife both served in India as missionaries with the International Mission Board (IMB), where they focused on church planting and theological education. David also served in California as a Pastor. David earned his Master of Missions and Master of Divinity from Gateway Seminary of the Southern Baptist Convention in 2016 and 2022.

Bob Buker, Lay Elder… Roles include Teaching and Preaching
 

Bob is a businessman by trade and has a love for historical artifacts. He and his wife, Barb, have three children as well as several grandchildren. Together, they have been members of Providence since 2011 and have been serving the church in different capacities all along.

George Ductan, Lay Elder… Roles include Teaching and Discipleship.

George has a professional background in medical finances and currently works as a director of corporate operations. He and his wife Ana have three children: Noah, Nehemiah, and Naima. Together, they have been members of Providence since 2021 and have been serving the church in different capacities since 2022. 

Andy Allard, Deacon of Administration

As Deacon of Administration, Andy volunteers time in the office weekly for administrative tasks and duties that keep the church moving. He and his wife, Priscilla, also teach the 3rd—5th grade Bible Study on Sunday mornings.

Dave Gorman, Deacon of Mercy Ministries

Dave and his wife, Renae, serve Providence in various ways. As Deacon of Mercy Ministries, Dave handles requests for benevolence and the physical needs of the congregation. His leadership in this area has been a blessing to the Providence family. 

Joshua Jacobs, Deacon of Security

As Deacon of Security, Joshua handles entry and exit procedures for all services and oversees the security team. He and his wife, Tope, have one child (AJ), and both serve in various ministries of the church.
